SERVICE POLICY & CUSTOMER GUIDELINES  |   NOV Drain & Sewer Techs, LLC

NOV Drain & Sewer Techs, LLC provides professional drain cleaning and clogged drain services. These policies are designed to ensure clear communication, fair expectations, and a smooth experience for both the customer and the technician.

SCOPE OF SERVICE – DRAIN CLEANING ONLY
Our services are limited to drain cleaning and clog removal. Drain cleaning restores flow but does not guarantee permanent results, as pipe condition, buildup, roots, or system design may cause future issues.

PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
Pricing is discussed before work begins based on the information provided and site conditions. Final pricing may change if additional blockages, access issues, or unexpected conditions are discovered during service. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS
Drain cleaning does not include pipe repair, pipe replacement, excavation, plumbing installations, structural defects, or ongoing maintenance unless specifically scheduled. Any issues found outside the scope of drain cleaning will be communicated clearly.

PROPERTY ACCESS & EXISTING CONDITIONS
Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the affected drain. NOV Drain & Sewer Techs, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing pipe conditions, fragile fixtures, or aging plumbing systems. Pipes or fixtures that are already compromised may fail during service due to their condition.

DRAIN RECURRENCE & FUTURE BLOCKAGES
Drains may clog again due to grease buildup, root intrusion, scale, or structural issues. Clearing a drain does not prevent future blockages. Repeat issues may require additional service or further diagnostics.

APPOINTMENTS & ARRIVAL WINDOWS
Appointment times are estimated service windows, not guaranteed arrival times. Emergency calls and prior jobs may affect scheduling. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICY
Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee. Customers are asked to notify us as soon as possible if an appointment needs to be changed.

ESTIMATES & CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
Estimates are based on customer-provided information. Changes in site conditions may affect pricing or scope of work. Customers are encouraged to ask questions and confirm details before service begins.

HEALTH & SAFETY CONDITIONS
Service may be declined if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or inaccessible, including hazardous environments or aggressive animals.
